For the chocolatecake, i simply followed the recipe posted on the back label of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder. couldn't find cherry liqueur or kirschwasser so i grabbed a bottle of Kahlua rum and coffee liqueur instead.
My only complaint is that the whipped cream frosting is not sweet enough for my taste but then it's just a matter of personal preference. Next time i plan to add a little more confectioner's sugarto satisfy my sweet tooth.
