I have a new favorite super easy recipe that I plan to make all summer long: this cheddar shrimp nachos recipe!  With a combination of blackened seasoning, jalapeno, and cilantro, this recipe is bursting with flavor.  Its also so simple and quick to make which makes it the perfect snack, appetizer, or light meal!

The star of these nachos is KRAFT Natural Shredded Cheese and now KRAFT cheese is much easier to use because its available in a new Stand Up Pouch. I found the cheese at Tom Thumb my Safeway store where I take advantage of theSafeway Just For Youdeals.

The new pouches contain the same amount of cheese 2 cups as the old pillow packs but they use less packaging and can stand up on the counter making it easy to reach in and grab what you brug for.  I love that the cheese package is no longer laying on the counter, spilling out and wasting!  And all the same varieties are still available in this new packaging.

Grab a Margarita because we have the perfect nachos for you! With three layers of chips, queso, shrimp and southern toppings, these nachos are better than any restaurant. The key to these nachos is our Spicy Crab Queso made with Big T Spicy Crab Dip. It gives your standard queso a burst of Lowcountry flavor thats to die for on our Southern Shrimp Nachos. Nachos at home are the perfect snack any day of the week!

Are you ready to heat it up? My favorite recipes are EASY and can be shared with a group. From tapas to tacos, I like all things spicy. Im so excited to partner with TABASCO®Brand, RITAS, and Avocados From Mexico to celebrate the big game! If youre ready to host the best tailgate party this year, dont be afraid to get spicy! Here is my favorite way to feed a crowd and enjoy a Sunday FUNday!

Shrimp nachos are my go to if I see them on a menu. Its rare that a restaurant has my favorite toppings, so I usually make my own the way I like them. TABASCO Sauce, RITAS, and Avocados From Mexico come together to create the ultimate atmosphere for the big game, and you will love how all the flavors come together in this dish and drink combo!

Paired with the simple ingredients in TABASCO Sauce, you cant go wrong! These delicious ingredients will make the BEST shrimp nachos youve ever had, plus when paired with the RITAS, you can savor winning flavors at your next party!

A 350 degree oven at 15 or 20 minutes will heat the cheese until it is bubbly. When you remove from the oven, top with TABASCO Pepper Sauce, diced Avocados From Mexico, sour cream, tomatoes, and your favorite nacho toppings.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeo pepper, lime juice, olive oil, avocado, parsley, and 1 teaspoon salt. Spoon onto the nachos, sprinkle with lime juice, and serve hot.

When we were testing these, my assistant Kristina remarked, If you serve these when the football game is on, no one's going to watch the game! These nachos are seriously that good — layers of chips, fresh crab, chiles, cheddar, pickled jalapeños, avocados and tomatoes. They're crunchy, spicy and cheesy and perfect for sharing.

Technique tip: I prefer jumbo lump crabmeat instead of shredded because you can really taste the crabmeat. Pick through the crabmeat to remove any shells. Be sure to wash your hands after handling the chiles and pickled jalapeos so you don't get the spicy oils in your eyes.
