This is Egg, Mushroom, Potato and Spinach Hash my way. Abreakfast favouritewith potatoes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. This is one of the easiest recipes ever and one you will come back to timeand time again.
The great thing about potato hash is that its very versatile. You can make it with anything you want! Sausages, Meats, Meat replacement, more Veggies Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Sweetcorn, Sweet Potatoes. Anything you fancy.

I love sweet potatoes, I've been eating more of it lately. This salad is definitely one of my favorite recipes. It's simple, yet has delicious flavors with the garlic and chile pepper cooked in with the mushrooms, tomato, and spinach. It's the perfect warm salad.
Its no secret that spiralizing vegetables is so fun and so healthy, too. One of our favorite veggies to use is sweet potatoes, as in this Asian-inspired dish. The combination of beta-carotene-rich sweet potatoes, along with earthy shiitake mushrooms and flavorful spinach makes this recipe scrumptious and spectacularly nutritious. And did we mention how simple it is to prepare? Spiralize, sautÃ© and serve! A satisfying meal in minutes.
Although Spinach is delicious both cooked and raw, my preference is to walk the line in-between those two. I line a plate or bowl with a good handful, and then serve whatever I have cooked right on top of the leaves, causing them to wilt. This is especially pleasing for me with a ladleful of beef stew, or seared tuna with a simple pan sauce.
If I saut or roast a simple protein then perhaps a bit or chopped garlic or shallot thrown into the rendered fat in the pan for just a couple seconds, and a splash of balsamic will make a lovely warm dressing to drizzle over everything.
The one thing that I will say here is thatif the potatoes seethe inside of a blender, the texture of the soup will be along the lines of wallpaper paste, so just take my word for it, and do not do it. Same for immersion blenders.
Place the pot over medium low heat,addthe cream, and then addthe remaining stock, as needed to achieve a velvety consistency. Stir regularly. rom here on out, it will stick and scorch, very quickly.
Pour a few drops of any kitchen oil onto your hands and coat your hands entirely, as if putting on lotion. Split open the hot pepper, discard the stem, and scrape out the seeds and the worst of the veins from the pepper, then finely chop the pepper, and add it to the simmering soup. Wash your hands thoroughly, and apply the oillotionagain. This practice with the oil will not completely prevent inadvertent transfer to uncomfortable places, but it will reduce the risk dramatically.
When near ready to serve: Appropriately clean and saut, or grill the mushrooms, then cut into bite size pieces. Â Roughly slice the spinach. Use generously sized bowls, and add a handful of the spinach, and then some of the mushrooms, right to the bowl.

While mushrooms cook, arrange potatoes close together on a baking sheet. Cut across the top, lenghtwise, and gently squeeze in sides of potatoes to puff up the middle, pulling outwards slightly to reveal more of the fluffy potato center. Sprinkle withCheddar and bake until warmed through and cheese is golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Da vi gjorde en måned af plantebaserede fødevarer, prøvede jeg denne opskrift, og det var et hjemløb. Jeg lavede et par tweaks.
