Ahead, Joanna shares an easy recipe for garlic knots, perfect for if youre craving a pile of oil-slicked dough balls but cant go out and get some yourself. This version relies on a simple mix of water, yeast, and bread flour, which rises for a little under two hours. The dough is divided and rolled into long logs, tied into make-shift knots, and slipped into the oven. I mean, there is so much to do this Fall! My calendar is filled with family get-togethers, conferences, blogger outings, and meetings galore. And while Im out hustling my buns off, there is nothing more I want than to come home some hot comfort foods and dense decadent desserts. These mini pumpkin carrot loaves are just that. Rich, dense, decadence. They are casual enough for a night in with the family and fancy enough to join an elaborate Thanksgiving spread. But no matter the occasion, they are delicious.

Fall is finally here, which means its time to break out the sweaters and grab a Pumpkin Spice Latte. As the leaves change and the temperatures grow cooler, its also the perfect time for baking. Apple pie, pumpkin bread, and cranberry muffins may be on the menu. And you can add to that list a cookie recipe from Taylor Swift thats perfect for fall.
Taylor swift loves these pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting
The Cardigan singer who says baking is my favorite, loves to whip up a batch of pumpkin spice cookies with cream cheese frosting when the weather gets chilly. She shared the recipe which takes just 10 minutes to prepare with Great American Country several years ago.
Add the sugar and the butter to a mixing bowl fitted with the paddle attachment. Cream until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and maple syrup and mix until incorporated. Then add the canned pumpkin and mix.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the cookie batter onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cookies should be light golden brown around the edges. Remove from oven and cool on racks while you prepare the cream cheese frosting.
In addition to sharing her recipe for pumpkin spice cookies, Swift has endorsed another pumpkin-based treat. A few years ago, she shared on Tumblr that she loves George Durans recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. But according to PopSugar, she modifies the recipe by swapping out the milk chocolate chips for semisweet or dark chocolate chopped into chunks.

Joanna, also known by friends and fans as Jo or JoJo, was born in Kansas and raised in the Lone Star State. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Communications and was inspired to join the world of design while interning in New York City. Joanna decided to open a home decor shop, Magnolia Market, in 2003; bringing her NYC-inspired ideas and eye for design back to Waco, Texas. She soon discovered this passion complemented Chips construction experience, and together they began remodeling and flipping homes.
What I would love is for people to get these recipes and modify them for their own family, Gaines said in a video. At the end of the day its really about gathering your family and friends around the table. Its those moments that make working in the kitchen worth it every time.
