Im addressing this here before anyone asks, because these are NOT a tweak! Jeg gentager. hese are NOT a tweak! Slimming World themselves confirm that using your measured quantity of oats in a recipe like this, where theyre essentially used as flour, is NOT a tweak. The reason for this is because you are simply using your Healthy Extra B amount, therefore you are not in danger of overeating, and although they are being blitzed more finely than if you ate the oats normally, you are not changing the filling power of them by using them like this.
